Testing and Types of Testing in Software Engineering with example| Hindi  

Testing is the process where we execute the program with the intent to find an error
There are basically Two main approaches for doing this
White Box Testing and Black Box Testing
white box testing which is also known as glass box is testing, structural testing, clear box testing, open box testing and transparent box testing. It tests internal coding and all patha and all loops in it and infrastructure of a software focus on checking of predefined inputs against expected and desired outputs. It is based on the inner workings of an application and revolves around internal structure testing. In this type of testing programming skills are required to design test cases. The primary goal of white box testing is to focus on the flow of inputs and outputs through the software and strengthening the security of the software.
The term 'white box' is used because of the internal perspective of the system.
Black box testing is a software testing technique where the internal workings or code structure of the system being tested are not known to the tester.
In other words, the tester focuses solely on the external behaviour of the software, without having access to its internal source code. The name “black box” comes from the idea that the internal workings are hidden or “boxed” from the tester’s view.
