Fun video! When playing with small amounts of power and a spectrum analyzer you will find that the loss from each connector and adapter as well as the additional cable length is significant. You should try to calibrate that out for best results.
It may be possible to sweep the signal generator to see the falloff for the different filters. Really interesting testing boards. Please keep posting more about the VNA and what you can do with it. Thanks for the video. ☮
