You must test under a load . The Reliable method is to plug into the stabilizer a 1500w (lower than 2000w) load such as a 1500watts heater and then test the voltages

Application (recording Studio) My wall socket puts out 115v-118v depending on load and time of day; So, if I buy this stabilizer would it give me steady and solid 120v on 1400watt constant load? Thanks 🙏🏽

1500w heater would damage the system. Not advisable to use on loads with element such as hot plate or electric stove or oven

Testing output voltage without load does not worth a dime. It may drop with a tiny load.

It activates low voltage protection and the voltage regulation function is turned off.

I think you need to put full load and test under this condition. Also variable load like motors

If you need output 110V AC, then the input voltage range is 95-125V. if you need 220V AC，then input voltage is 190-250V.

Both of these are useless. Try IGBT Static voltage stabilizer. If you are from India, you are lucky. Google NKB Technocrats static voltage stabilizer.
