I'd say the makeup I spend most on is also highlighter (like I actually bought Becca Moonstone), eyeshadow palletes and foundation. I literally have one Nyx bronzer, one blush and then over a dozen high and low end hightlighters and palettes. It's just what I like the most and what makes me happy
might not have worked for her eyeshape. Some lashes are smaller for some people than others (idk I donvt wear lashes since I have sensitive eyes naturally, so I'm just commenting based on the other youtubers that wear lashes and how eyeshape can change a lash entirely)

I’ve heard people saying that the faux mink version of the original Lilly lashes are very different and significantly fuller. Maybe thats why the real mink ones look way better
I got a mini becca moonstone in a boxing day sale and it is my favourite highlighter, I love it for everyday but if you spritz the brush after picking it up it intensifies really beautifully too!

The whole point of bareminerals makeup is that all the ingredients are natural and won’t damage your skin like cheaper makeup will. I would rather spend more for that! ʕʘ‿ʘʔ
I love splurging on foundation (sometimes) bronzer, highlight eyeshadow, mascara. Oh and my brows. I can save on liner, brow gel, powders, blush, lipgloss, and makeup sponges. I just tried milani perfect and conceal and its litterally the best foundation ever! And only $10 USD. Also I love colourpop eye shadows. So cheap and SO good! Very comparable to ABH and MAC shadows.

I only go high end with eyeshadow palettes and lipsticks because I feel that they are the only products that are worth the higher price tag! Deffo worth spending more on them!!x

I am deffo up for comfort for sure. I am so glad you tested the cherry palette, it's ok, but watching it the performance didn't wow me, I wonder if there is a dupe for it that's not so pricey?! can you do a full face of too faced? if so, let me just recommend their eyeshadow palettes from the christmas collection, i just got them and the pigmentation on them is actually SICK, even better than on the sweet peach palette and like their chocolate palettes etc.

I splurge on eyeshadow such as MAC single shades, my faves are the shades 'twinks' (bronze and copper) and 'steamy(blue and gold) I also love sephora lipsticks, yes I only have one as they are hard to get so I get them in France but I have the sephora lip story in the shade 'oui'

I spend most on foundation as it is the thing that sits all over your skin. Also, very few drugstore foundations come in light enough shades for my ghostly face.
I'll splurge on eyeshadow palettes and foundation, maybe bronzer. I'm going to try a higher end concealer when I've nearly finished my existing drugstore brand. Things like lipstick and blusher I generally stick to drugstore. I was a bit skeptical on eyeshadow primer until I saw the Urban Decay on sale. It seems to cope with my oily lids better than concealer/powder. I had an all-day meeting last week and when I came out, my eye shadow still looked perfect.
I wish i never knew Tatcha in my life, because their products are sooo good. I use Tatcha and Drunk Elephant for skin cares and Foreo, and after 1 month, I can go out to work or meetup with friends without makeup, and it's coming from someone who had a really bad acnes before and a lot of acne scars. Their silk canvas is a really good primer too. So I do think their prices justified because of the qualoty of the product and I'll definitely never look back again :)
You don't need fake lashes - and certainly not those crazy lashes (how on earth could these become a raved about product?!), your own are so freaking gorgeous! You could model for any mascara brand and make them a fortune, I swear!

the brush with the squisi thing on the end is to blend out your concealer and it is sepost te be repleacing your fingers ( im am sorry if i didn't spell things corretlly i am from the netherlands😊)
Im so happy i subbed because you love drugstore makeup as much as the regular person does (like me). Very helpful for me cause i cant afford boujee products.
I will definitely spend a bit more money on my base products just because sometimes you do get what you pay for. Not to say that you can't get some really good stuff at the drugstore, it's just easier to get EXACTLY what I want from a high end brand. Take the Born This Way foundation for example. That stuff is my favorite thing on the planet and I just cannot find something from the drugstore that competes with it.
I splurge on foundation because it is the 'base' for my make up and !ipstick because pulling out a Chanel lipstick makes me feel good. Everything else is drugstore except for skincare
If they are mink eyelashes you really got animals attached to your eyes... Seriously, I'm so discussed with mink eyelashes, I'm cruelty free and I watched I lot of non cruelty free youtubers but mink eyelashes it's just not OK.
