It looks like it was a PH1 you used at the end and not a PH2, and you should always pre-drill if you screw in a bigger screw like you did ...

@Azumi not advisable. Only for small item like cellphone or game console, although you can use it as a regular screw driver as seen on my video. Just use a regular screw driver for attaching that monitor to a monitor arm. Check my makita or ingco cordless drill driver, these tool can handle that job. Thank you
