Imo while IE definitely is a viable item, the fact that Frozen Heart exists makes it a subpar item on Nilah. Every tank or support is building this item, and it just destroys your auto dps so hard. Not to mention if they have cripples like Nasus or Malphite. If they enemy team is full of squishies though it might be a good buy.
