You should really try out the levis ribcage jeans, i'm 5'2 and it's the best jeans I've ever had. Comfortable, classic, and a perfect shape for a more curvy body - however, i'm only talking about the models with 1% elastan!!
Really enjoying this series. I'm looking to invest in denim around $75-$125. So videos that review jeans in that price range peek my interest the most.

Although I'm 5'9" (and I know you're a petite), my waist/hip proportions are essentially exactly the same as yours (a 14 inch difference) and I also have a very long torso in comparison with my legs. I was happily surprised to finally find a classic style influencer with a build so similar to my own! OMG I'm so glad I found you, I have smaller waist but with booty & wider hips. it's a pain to look for jeans!!! It always somehow looks weird at the hip part, if it's nice for hip then it's loose for waist or vv, so when I walked around the mall and can't find *THE ONE* I ended just go for a denim A line skirt instead. It's just so hard to loose those hip and booty size...
Very helpful! Please do Levi’s 🙏 I own their wedgie icon (the tapered version sold by Revolve) which it is very good for petites, but have not tried their other styles.
Have you try the Triarchy Jeans? OMG! they are spectacular! they carry them too in Saks. They are high waisted, sustainable denim, and the shape and quality is amazing! I am a pear shape, tall, I do think you will need to have the hem adjusted. I ordered the model Ms Triarchy, Size 30 (my regular jeans size). I am a size 28-29 in Agolde (depending on the model), and a size 12 in Jesse kamm pants and JK jeans size 10. Hope you try and review them.
Pear shaped lady here and I have the exact same issues. I was pretty close to giving up haha. But after watching this, I do think the loose fit Agolde jeans and the Redone jeans so maybe I'll try again.
That heel-less summer sandals tho! Like how you are able to see and explain those slight changes in fit and details for all 12 jeans, it is no small feat. Would your style course have dressing for other body shapes as well? TIA 🥰

Fabulous video as usual. Thank you. Couple of comments. I am having trouble seeing that croped jeans (and pants) makes one look taller than when wearing full length 🙄🤔 I am 5'1" so it matters. When there is a little gap in the back a belt works wonders 😉

for sure! I would say to first know your measurements, and read the description on the website for garment measurements. Then if you feel comfortable going to a tailor you'll have the best chance to make them perfect (make them hit at the right spot on the foot, take in some room in the waist, etc). If it fits on your widest point, then you can get the rest taken in by a tailor.
I have such a hard time with straight leg jeans since they're usually 100% cotton and the waist stretches out really cute. I also have the issue of jeans never fitting my waist but fitting my hips. Have you experienced any similar issues with Agolde? I have the 90s loose that i went down in size and they stretched out and I ordered and returned the pinch waist because the waist was huge.
