Haley - I am not fair skinned, or Asian, but I watch your videos for techniques for natural make-up. Now that I see how proud you are of what God gave you, and how much you're promoting inclusivity even in Korea... let's just say, I'm a FAN!! Keep doing what you're doing. Set us all free!

As a half Korean, who loves Korean makeup and skincare I completely FEEL you about the struggle to find the right shade for me in K-beauty! I don't live in South Korea and I am also tan. You have beautiful tan skin without much hyperpigmentation so I'm kinda jealous! Keep it up Haley Eunni.
omg look at how your cheek just bounces when you pat the cushion. Thanks for reviewing this haley. Shade 23 is too light for me too so this is helpful. The glow tension is in my wishlist now
Omg thank you so so much for uploading this video! As an asian person with tanner skin like you it is hard for me to find korean cushion foundation with the right shade and right undertone for me. I’m so happy I came across your video!
I was disappointed when I bought the moonshot cushion in 301 and it was extremely light like shade 23. Your video is amazing and I'm happy someone has made a video like this also I love your voice
Wish i had your skin tone...sooo pretty and perfect! 😍 Skin looks amazing too!!! None of these tones will suit me, too dark for them...but just love watching your videos . Great video!
Thank you so much for this! My natural skin colour (although I'm a lot tanner now that I do a lot of outdoor filminf) is about the same as yours and a few years ago, it was almost impossible to find my shade. I'm really thankful for brads like Etude, Espoir and Holika Holika for coming out with shakes darker than the usual 21, 22, 23!
Hi Haley! I know this product isn’t in a cushion form, but have you possibly tried the Holika Holika collaboration with Jella? I think it’s the darkest shade I’ve seen from Korean products!
I have tried it and it is very very dark! It’s pretty close to the shade Tahoe by nars. In Mac shades it’s about NC 40+ it’s way too dark for me so I have to lighten it. For reference my shade is almost the same as Haley’s 😊
Thank you so much! I’ve been a fan of your videos for a while, and I love to use your makeup tips because we have similar skin tones and facial shapes. I wanted to try a Clio product, but I wasn’t sure if it would be alright for my skin. I can’t thank you enough for posting this video.
i like your make up channel. its minimal and its suited for someone like me and so i understand how hard it is to find asian brands with our skin color! new subscriber here :)
why am i watching this video only now? that's so helpful. i'm chinese and i have east asians would call a rice farmer tanned skin lol i've been really wanting to buy a cushion foundation but i've always been scared about the shade range. i know that korean brands, lately, have been releasing darker shades but still, i'm not sure how the shade will look on my skin. also, i wanted a good cushion foundation, that doesn't oxide much and other stuff 😭😭 the good brands always have the worst shade range
I have the exact same problem with Korean cushion foundations. I ended up buying so many high-end ones in #23, which is obviously too light for me. I just used tons of bronzer. :-(
I dont wear much base makeup, i started trying the stretch concealer bc of you and that thing is amazing, it doesnt cover much but still give me the feeling not too bare. I would love to try cushion but apparrently i’m that akward in between shade that no one makes and in kbeauty world it’s even harder lmao xD. Youre such a good reference since i think youre just a tad tanner with more yellow undertone than me. I’m a little darker than 25 but I’m not as yellow as 27 im like a warm neutral undertone, which shade will be easier to manipulate?
How do you compare these to thank Thank you so much for providing information for people with tanned skin!! Between the cushions in this review and moonshot / rom&nd- Nu Zero Cushion ? Which one would you recommend for dry skin?
I'm literally so hesitant to buy these because idk if the colors are too light. If anyone knows a comparison to the loreal infallible in the shade 205 natural beige (from YesStyle), I would be so grateful :)
Heyy! It’s me, a Thai, and Korean. Soo im just like your shade and… it’s just so saddening. I cannot ever find my shade, I’m so sad :(, but you saved the day, tysm
I often choose shade 23 because when it oxydates it fits my skintone. My country is super hot, super sunny so could you give me some tips or any cushion/ foundation for hot weather? Thank u very much, btw your makeup look in this video is so perfect
for mac shade nc20-25 or fenty 210 should i buy shade missha glow #23 or #25? never tried a korean foundation and i dont want to buy the wrong shade 😅 can someone help?
i think u are more 23 (based on what u said) but i recommend you to use the website “findation” , it’s a webside that allows you too find your perfect match based on foundation shades that u already have (for example the fenty one)
Just got my glow tan and I didn't like it. I saw your video and thought this would work but is ashy and to take it off was difficult. It was like taking off the sunblock that leaves a cast and wash my face 3 times. Sucks I thought it would work oh well. I am just a bit darker than you not too much.
love how informative your videos are as always. you are so pretty!!! :) try out the Moonshot Face Perfection Balm Cushion in 301! it's also their darkest shade and has a yellow undertone. one of my fave cushions too! it's really nice :) hope you get to try it!
Hey guysss I need some help, #4 Clio founwear suits korean 21~23 skin tone, but if I think 23 is always a bit too light on me, should I go for #5 Sand for a more natural look? btw I'm Chinese but my skin is not too yellow/tan. thanks
HI Aimee! I would recommend to get #5 because #5 is more like between 23 and 24 ! if you find (general) 23 shade a bit too light on you, you would find #5 more natural on your skin tone x
