Best carpet cleaner I've ever used & I've used them all over the years! I have off white Berber carpet & used 5oz Awesome/gallon of water. To get better coverage and avoid streaks I always spray all of the carpet lightly using a separate tank sprayer, let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes then go over it with the shampooer. Normally I have to rinse 2 or 3 times but with Awesome it was one and done! Thank you TheLazy Housewife for trying it and sharing your results, otherwise I probably wouldn't have attempted it!

LA's Totally Awesome is indeed awesome. I make a solution of it along with a teaspoon of laundry detergent and it works incredible. SECRET: It's what the pros use. 😉 Great video.

Dollar Tree Awesome is amazing on so many things. It takes tar off the back of a fender... The only issue is you really do have to rinse well.Ir the carpet DOES NOT come out soft when it dries... I have used this for years. Works great on upholstery as well. Best product ever.. Love your review...

Tip, if you run your cleaner over it again 2 or 3 more times with nothing but water after cleaning, it will prevent it from staining again quicker. Soap residue attracts dirt and other crap so making sure to rinse the carpet good afterwards will prevent this.

I’ve been wanting to try this! I have some ugly ass green carpet that’s over 25 years old! LA Awesome also makes a carpet cleaner solution in a spray bottle but these bottles at the Dollar Tree are larger then them. I can sometimes get it at the local Rose’s department store in half gallon bottles.

Never thought of putting it in the steamer! My son spilt punch in the living room and I could of died. will try it out. And yes My carpet looks like yours did.

I found out about the product just a couple years ago by accident. Don't waste your money on anything else, it'll clean just about everything. When I buy it I usually I buy all they have in stock, so do a lot of other people, that's why it's hard to find sometimes. Make sure to use in a well ventilated area though.

I also hate carpet. Yes it keeps your feet warm but just wearing slippers or socks is easier lol. I'm a full-time painter, my poor wife stays home and helps with the kids when they're not at daycare (2 & 4) and our carpet looks much the same. Kids will make a mess simply because they can lol. Thank you for the true before and after shoots. I have a spray bottle of it and wanna give that a crack. You should try the awesome laundry booster... On your carpet.... It works wonders I love all all four products... Oxygen orange base... Awesome laundry booster... Those to work wonders on carpets.. you just put a half of scoop mix together...

Thank you for this demo! I have been using Awesome for spot cleaning (no machine, just spray and wipe with paper towels). I have been contemplating using it in my machine (like yours) and now, after your video, plan on the full machine assault! Question - Did it leave any residue behind like most soaps or did you do a final pass with just hot water?

I use Awesome and it gets out blood and hair dye, I absolutely love it Strips paint off walls, though, unfortunately

You should consider buying an Oreck orbiter with bonnets. It is a scrubber/buffer that can be used with bonnets to scrub carpets or with white pads hard floors.

I use this with arm and hammer with oxiclean laundry detergent with my carpet cleaner does a great job
