you can actually craft spectral arrows, here's the recipe: keep the glowstone dust in the position as you keep gunpowder. and then put a arrow in the ccenter

You can craft spectral arrows with glow stone in 2nd 4th 6th and 8th and arrow in the 5 slots of the crafting table, try it cuz it works

Actually you can craft glow lichen and spectral arrows and upgrade leather horse armor to diamond horse armor you just have to create the world scroll down and turn on recipes in experiments!
