12:00 i watched this part 5 times in 0.25 speed and jesse was the first one to grab the bar. The other guy grabbed it fast aswell but it slipped from his hand and larry caught it at last. I feel like jesse saved his life by reducing the weight of initial impact on his neck. Ofc jesse alone wouldn't have been able to help much but i feel if not for jesse the guy on the bench would have been hurt.

Coach had a serious injury and tore his pec. He stops when his elbows get to 90 degrees so he doesn’t tear his shit up. Larry had the same ROM. Can’t justify the other Reps/ROM from John, but critiquing a guy that can bench for Reps what you’ll never deadlift is hilarious lol. Good job Jesse.

Best exercises for chest. I do push pull s legs split. My excercises currently go bb bench 10 8 6 4 2. Do a drop set till failure. Then I do dips And then either incline press or upper chest raises. Then flys. I also do overhead press and all my shoulder and tricep work on this day. Mainly raises for shoulders and then triceps at the end to finish em off.
