I love fat grips , ever since I tore my bicep, instead of going back to curling 50’s i just use the fat grips on 30-35s and make sure im hitting my time under tension , perfect form. I believe they recruit more muscle fibers. Lift smarter not harder 🤙 💪 am i right ?
For those who keep saying he needs to go higher don't know shit about pull-ups or back engagement he's working his back not his arms his head is well above the bar and his back is fully engaged and stretched those are good Pull-Ups especially with fat gripz
