My husband and I didn’t find out the gender and got so much crap about it from family. But we’re SOOOO glad we didn’t. When I gave birth it was a beautiful moment and experience. We were so happy to have the baby that we actually forgot to ask what the gender was. Several minutes had went by and the thought didn’t even occur to me lol. But when we finally found out we had a girl we had a second wave of emotions and cried all over again. It was so so beautiful and I think about that moment often. It felt like we got 2 gifts the baby and the gender. Now my daughter is 2. Congratulations to the both of you. God bless your family.

I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant with my second baby. With my first we did all the wives tales too just because it’s fun to kinda play around with what baby might be. I had terrible morning sickness. Couldn’t keep any food down, it was hard the first four months I’d say. But then as soon as I hit 5months I craved all the spicy things and had major heartburn. Carried low too. Every time we played with the old wives takes it say boy. And from the beginning I felt boy. When we finally had our ultrasound done, boy it was!!! Now he’s 4. I’m currently pregnant again (like I said, and due in January 2021) since the beginning I felt girl. I had zero morning sickness and tons of energy so I thought, completely different. Must be a girl!! However morning sickness kicked in at about 13 weeks and it wouldn’t stop. I wouldn’t crave anything other than strawberries. And anything sour for some reason, sour cream, sour/ sweet fruits, and salsa always!!! 😅 i also had been carrying low until I hit about 20 weeks did I notice carrying higher once my belly starting popping out more. I definitely changed my mind various times to boy. Based on all the mid wives tales too. This time around we didn’t wait for the 20 week ultrasound but did the blood test. My sisters surprised us with a gender reveal party and I knew for sure I was having another boy. And to our surprise, it is a girl!! All the mid wives tales aced boy 😅 the only one based on our age conception etc that was correct was the Chinese calendar 🙈 whatever you two will have, he/ she will be beautiful and you guys are going to be so blessed. But I still think girl for you guys. Idk why 🙈
