I’ve tried this recipe exactly as he did and I ended up with a nice GREEN guacamole. And it’s so freaking good! It’s my favorite way to make guacamole. You added wayyy too much Greek yogurt which is why it was so pale and you couldn’t taste the avocado. Even with the second (small) one you added, you still had way too much yogurt. I encourage you to try it again! This time try taking the measurements seriously, add some tomatoes, nice it with a spoon so that it’s nice and crunchy and you’ll love it!

I agree I put way too much yoghurt in haha but to be fair so did he!! At least he looked like he did, so I copied 😅 But yes mine turned out a weird pale pea green colour so I definitely misjudged that one

Greek yogurt guac is amazing! Some grocery stores, higher end ones especially, sell it premade here in the states and it’s great for people who aren’t big enough avocado fans to eat the fruit straight but still want to get a lot of it’s health benefits. I have noticed a bit of a difference in the taste and texture of dairy products from the states to the UK though - it could be that Greek yogurt from the states might not be as sour or something like that.
