Testing quest 3 stereo video processing thru DaVince 

reset quest 3 to record 1920x1080 and process for DaVinci:
ffmpeg -i CoffeeTable_orig.mp4 -vcodec dnxhd -acodec pcm_s16le -s 1920x1080 -r 30000/1001 -b:v 36M -pix_fmt yuv422p -f mov CoffeeTable_s1.mp4
Then edit and export default QuickTime (on Linux)
post process and add 3d tags for youtube - frame-packing=3
ffmpeg -i CoffeeTable_s2.mov -vf yadif -codec:v libx264 -x264opts "frame-packing=3" -crf 1 -bf 2 -flags +cgop -pix_fmt yuv420p -codec:a aac -strict -2 -b:a 384k -r:a 48000 -movflags faststart -s 1920x1080 CoffeeTable_s3.mp4
