Makes her look stronger, but gainz are not being made there. 45 seconds of rest between sets/exercises. She got me back into lifting bc I saw her snapchat over winter but I've passed her up by miles in mass gains and it's just kinda sad. Promote a ton of products and hang out at the gym instead of grinding. Fuck if we all had it so easy. Then some blame my gainz on my "blessings" being a man, having higher testosterone levels. Fuck. I know some girls out there squatting more than me, and taking just 5 minutes in the squat rack. Then there are the other girls taking an entire workout length of time to just do 4 sets of squats. I did an entire leg day and the same girls are still taking up squat racks. Now I just hit the mini gym with dumbells only because the real gym is infected. Girls gave me bad looks last time I was there because I was looking like MPMD with my delts swollen and nip slippin. @@wesleygaitan Valid point - he's not ready for that. It's a delicate balance because he is tall with wide shoulders and could carry a lot of muscle if he hits the weights too hard. He'll have to grow into his body but acquire more skills at lower weight divisions.
