I love these videos, can't wait for Darwin to get me another stove so I have one in the cabin AND the house. Go check out their channel where they are heating an uninsulated off grid cabin in Idaho using only this little stove.

You have made my day. I made a mass jet stove heater 4 yrs ago out of leftover chimney parts, steel 30 gal & 55 gal drums, and some sand. It functioned well. I know your stove is a step up. thanks for sharing.

Neither metal nor aircrete will hold up long term if subjected to high temps created in a rocket stove.

This is a great video! I loved Darwin's explanation of the airflow from the box to the chimney. Actually, I loved all his explanations.

Finally the missing footage of the second version in your full house and random pieces of the build. It performed as I was sure it would. I probably would have done the same thing. Great to see. A RMH is so advanced as compared to any conventional stove. 18the century vs 21'st century.

Yes! I have video of the brush but we were fighting with a bird's nest not creosote so it's kind of a weird video so far. Almost a bale of hay in the chimney

@@dirtpatcheaven haha, some years ago I found I had a jackdaw nest in my chimney, I had to bust it open with hammer and chisel. But instead of hay it was full of twigs, so the birds had brought me free kindling 😊
