So my husband sort of watches Manny's videos with me while he plays his Switch or phone games and he gets so into this part. Then, today in one of his meetings (phone call while at home) he actually ended up saying "I'm back and the brows are filled" because he went to say "I'm back" and this just fell out of his mouth. No one apparently asked questions or seemed to hear him but damn was I laughing at him. So cute!! We love MANNY MUA in this house!! And yes please do the drug store version!

My daughter just recieved her strawberry dream pallet and she is in love already. She's 16 and thinks she 26 lol. As a new mom... I'm LIVING for this look 😍 I usually take an hour to get ready but recently now that I have a toddler I don't exactly have the time to go full coverage and glam so seeing such a beautiful "natural" kind of look gives me something to be excited about 🥰
Soooooo I actually know how they hire contributors and editors for magazines and they are, more often than not, not experts for skincare and beauty. They literally review products that are sent to them for their jobs, and they do make money off of affiliate links for items in their social channels and websites. That being the case, they earn more if they recommend more expensive products which is why they tend to include higher end and luxury products in their features and for Best of The Year sections. It’s the reason why the cost of magazines is higher than it was even 10 years back, it’s a luxury to be able to afford to even read one. I honestly don’t read magazines anymore because they’re at least 70% advertising and they tend to love everything they promote. I have yet to come across a magazine contributor that reviews products and highlights good and bad aspects of a product, which I why I will watch content on here and at more likely to trust an influencer than a beauty/skincare writer. Just wanted to point that out
Thanks for sharing this info! It was interesting to have an insider perspective. Althought I must say I'm not surprised. I stopped reading any publication because I don't find moral integrity and professionalism in any of them anymore. Most of the time IMHO it's a poorly written, bland essay on something the writer has no passion in. 🙄
Not true that magazines are more expensive... been subscribing to Allure on and off ever since it started back in the 90s. it was $20 a year back then, and $8 a year now. They’re pretty much giving the magazine away for the price of postage. Same for many other magazines.
Most magazines are actually really cheap with subscription (got video for 3 years for $20USD after tax. That is less than $1 each. That said, I think it is like $8 in the store.
Every bare minerals product I try, I love. I know they’re considered a safe and somewhat boring choice but I’ve always been impressed. They often out-perform more fashionable brands and more importantly, they’re sensitive skin friendly. Love their bare pro foundation, bare skin concealer, lashtopia mascara, etc. Also, Nars powder products are always worth the hype. I particularly love the Motu Tane face pallette.
I got my hourglass brow pencil in boxycharm too & now I cannot live without it! It's literally the best pencil I've ever used & oh boy do I have many lol
The camera has to be showing a completely different outcome than in real life. Because I liked your skin outcome and didn’t see the orange you saw, and didn’t love the bronzer shade but you did? Maybe it’s my taste or my phone? Either way, I absolutely love your videos!❤️

YES! We want the drugstore version of the 2020 winners! After stores have been closed for so long, and those that have reopened provide no testers, I really haven't gotten to shop for many products, so I'm excited to see the winners!

I feel like for manny’s face shape he should put blush on his apples of the cheek. Everytime he does blush he doesn’t do that and for some reason it’s very unsatisfying for me 😂😂 like watching someone color in the lines and then at the last minute go outside the line

I know it’s a good day when a new Manny video comes out!! I personally use the Pat McGrath foundation and even though it’s the thinnest consistency foundation I’ve ever used, it’s absolutely gorgeous!! Also, I’d love to see a review on the drugstore winners!! ❤️😘
