after unboxing the dream parts, and ordering more from prime, the fork and shock swap is complete and ready to rip. prickly pedals have replace the kaniwaba pedal kit, there is no more pretending to be a mountain bike.
I went 100+ 200++ HCS-10 LCS-9 and 11-R on the fork settings
After this, its time for more upgrades

«You wanna here the most annoying sound in the world?» - Jim Carrey :) The bouncy movement it does, if the surron has like 100% regen all the time, I think it would work better with a sprague clutch bearing and forget sbout the regen. You will get wipøash in the neck riding like that.

Haha yes, I am going to swap back to an x-ring chain, rubber o-rings should keep things more quiet! I have the regen totally off, or at least I did, I should actually check after that firmware flash on the x-9000 good looking out

Is the "geometry" feeling nice or is it the ergonomics??? Just saying bro.. geometry has to do with how the bike handles.. not how you handle the bike. More or less dive in? Stability at speeds? etc etc etc

Guts Racing Gripper seat, they have complete seats not just covers for the stock one. Plus surge stunts subframe. The bag is a molle pouch, with 1" nylon webbing and QD clips that I put together.. is great for a phone and multitool, i will show how I rigged it up in the next vid
