This is the 14hp Forrest Master 14hp Wood Chipper. FM14DD.
We give this a test run to see how it chips garden cuttings and branches.
There is also a change over to the mulching attachment to see how it performs and what difference there is between chipping and mulching.

Wow, very impressive. It hardly bogged down when chipping that dry wood and the mulcher seems great for composting

Yeah, it's a good chipper (so far). When we put the birch through the mulcher vs chipper, we weren't that impressed, but the broom was really a stark difference. Worth having if you cut a lot of hedging.

Had one and it started falling apart in less than a month, ended up sending it back for a refund which took 2 months

Oooh, that doesn't sound so good. If mine does, then believe me, I'll update with a video. What fell apart?

@kindabusydoin the weld on the emergency stop button broke, the rubber caps on the stands came off, and the throttle cable went. I know they're petty things but bare in mind this is all in less than 30 days and it wasn't like it was used every singe day either. Just gave me the impression that it was bad quality and it wouldn't have lasted me a year. And the customer services from forest master is horrendous

Yeah ok. You're right, that shouldn't happen in 30 days. thanks for letting me know. The rubber feet came off on day 1 on mine, so there's obviously an adhesive problem to start with. I caught it on the pallet as I was building it, that's all it took. 🙄 I'll keep an eye on the other items tho. 👍
