The LB150 loader is rated to 2200lbs full height and 3660lb breakout, I believe the breakout is 24 inches. As you mentioned these ratings are at the pins and the center of gravity of the water tank is significantly forward of the pins. Also keep in mind the tractor doesn't have full hydraulic pressure at an idol. That is achieved somewhere Beyond one-third of the RPM. Overall a very impressive display of the tractors capability! Thanks for the video!

We own the same tractor---just hit 50 hours on it this past weekend, in fact---and I can confirm the same results: The tractor can absolutely lift more at the front than the tractor itself can handle in the back. I have moved some VERY large tree trunks with mine, actually high enough to load them onto a flatbed truck. I've also done many full buckets of gravel with no difficulty. I keep a 5 foot finishing mower on the back for weight (and general use), but my tires are not filled. Overall an incredibly impressive machine, and with the super low range selection and 4wd, it can actually MOVE the things it can pick up.

Thanks for putting this one together! I got my 2515h a couple weeks ago and have about 10 hours so far. I plan to make the same mods you’ve done! I need to figure out a good ballast system for every day operating… Keep them coming!

Its amazing what these little tractors can do, keep in mind your 2200lb lift capacity is also to full height at the pins! The breakout is a bit higher!

I have this tractor and i chose it for it's lifting capacity and it's analog engine systems. Digital isn't needed on these tractors and only raises repair costs. My 2515 has been flawless in its first 50 hrs of operations. Out performs all other tractors in it's class and has a nice purchase price compared to JD and Kabota.

I tried picking up and moving the max for my 3520r and I found the weak point. It wasn't the pins it was the quick attatch coupler I don't think there rated for as much as the pins.

What's your fuel consumption like? I only have 12 hours on my machine but have gone through two tanks of fuel. My old New Holland would gone a month on that much fuel.

So I am wondering if I had a ton of grain delivered, would this tractor be able to take it off the back end of the semi truck? You didn't lift very high so I am concerned the answer would be no. Thoughts?
@ProjectsWithPaul
@ProjectsWithPaul Год назад
It will definitely lift it high enough. You just need a lot of ballast. My ballast box is about 700 pounds but my tires aren't filled with any fluid. 700 pounds of ballast plus filled tires and it will handle it. Thanks for watching.
@thomward2902
@thomward2902 3 года назад
Not sure if it was the lighting or not, but your front tires seemed to be low and squishy, even when you lifted even at the 100 gallon mark. It certainly doesn't help the "bouncy" feeling. As I've learned LOL.

I believe a gallon of water weighs 8.33 pounds so 200 pounds of water equals 1,666 pounds. I doubt the empty poly tank and cage weigh 334 pounds. Still an impressive machine at 25HP.
