The == comes up when it’s not well fitted, try to fix it and make sure you hear the click sound before turning it on. Yes the handle of the bigger one won’t go down if the cover doesn’t align with the blender top. There’s a white arrow on the cover, make sure it’s fixed in same direction with the white arrow on the handle of the blender.

I’m still trying to figure out how possible that is. I know for sure, you can blend a whole lot without adding water! I think I will have to give it a try and get back to you, if that’s alright ♥️
