You sir are costing me a fortune! I've been on TSW4 all weekend, and had to get Hairdresser SIM for my kid to keep them amused whilst I play 😂 Love your vids matey. Great work
Just a thought, but I see one of the US based RU-vidrs using one of these all the time, but he mainly seems to do US routes. Is there any possibility that the controller might work better with US trains? I mean, given it's an American product that you need to source from there, so possibly designed with US trains in mind.
I'll be honest, I wasn't looking at the speedo on the unit this time, but pretty sure you can swap from Mph to Kph either on a button combo or in the configuration file. I'll be honest, I thought it auto switched ... but I must ha e dreamt that. Will investigate and report back ASAP.
Use TSW Raildriver and Joystick interface.A third party software were you can assign every button to a specific loco.I use it for my worthog throttle with TSW4.
The import taxes and postage, make it not worth buying anything from america. (Even harley davidson moved factory to the eu (to help eu customers avoid em). I paid more in postage and tax than i did for the product. (Never again). *meanwhile China gov subsidise all export cost/postage. Hence why most is free. (Strange but true). :/
Oh I see. Hopefully a decent opportunity to upgrade will come your way soon. A nice win on the lotto perhaps? (Sending winning vibes :-) My laptop cost me £650 and it runs nearly ALL games at 1080p, otherwise you might consider SimRail, it seems to run a lot better on my rig?
Surething: www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-GeForce-Windows-backlit-keyboard/dp/B09JGMMMK5#:~:text=5%20stars%203-,Lenovo%20Legion%205%2017.3%20Inch%20FHD%20Gaming%20Laptop%20Intel%20Core,)%20%E2%80%93%20Phantom%20Blue%20%2B%20Shadow%20Black Seems like you can't get this one anymore (I didn't buy mine from Amazon). Cheapest model I can find ATM is this one: www.lenovo.com/gb/en/p/laptops/loq-laptops/lenovo-loq-15iax9/83gscto1wwgb1 Best to shop around a bit maybe?
the price of this thing in the Netherlands is 550 euro's.. that is insane, instead i want to try the Logitech G X56 HOTAS RGB Throttle and Stick wich i already have for train sim
Yes indeed. When TSW 1 launched I forced DTG to allow us to change keybinds (originally you couldn't even do that) and I thought controller support would come in time. Alas....many years and iterations later nothing has changed. I did make a video a few years back using x360 and my HOTAS....it worked OK.
Such a shame they dont focus on these things. Its a good game but can be a lot greater so they get little more respect from the community. Im afraid DTG is a very little team focussing on surviving by creating only content
@@SimUKReviews you know what does my head with these games..and its a weird one..see the shadow onbthe track that runs up the middlee of the screen?the shadow has no graduation on it it just been clipped the whole time..i cant take my eyes of it while playing..it recks my head
