The Poorly Added Jumpscare Actually Got Me, I'm crying- TT

My grandma had a TON of the Lincoln logs. Everytime we went to her house to play it was one of my favorite things to build houses with them.

The way Kris literally went from a pet rock with a rainbow wig and googly eyes to a demonic clown balloon is wild. I got whiplash at that sudden 180 degree turn.

My favorite part was Jay's fade out and disappearance of Kris reading the insanity level of care-taking the pet rock.

I'm nearly 70 now, but remember, clearly, wanting a gyroscope. They were being demonstrated in all the toy stores in London, one christmas. I was never allowed one, because it was a "boys" toy! I finally got to play with one when i bought one for my daughter, about 35 years ago. Another "boy's" toy i wasnt allowed was "Meccano" a construction kit, but for some reason Lego was allowed.

I’m 29 and I loved playing with lite brights and Lincoln logs. They were my favorite toys.

When she was talking about the cup and ball with a string, it brought me back to my gym class, because my gym teacher was so into that olden time type of thing.❤❤❤

I think it says a lot about kris' character that Jay inserts little bits on his own accord in videos and praises Kris. You can tell how happy he is to work for kris, and frankly, i love the dynamic. Btw i suggest steven for the rock

I had monkeys in a barrel too growing up. A lot of 80’s/90’s toys died after 2010. I’m 20 and had a child hood of one that grew up in the 90’s. I miss it.

My parents bought a hoarder house & I went thru the hoard. I found the monkey with symbols still in the box UNUSED 😳 I couldn’t believe it! I sold it online to a collector for $350 🙌🏼 Yay for toys from my childhood. Ngl, Lincoln Logs were my favy & are the exact reason I want a log cabin in the woods.

The Lincoln Logs definitely scored highest on the nostalgia-o-meter for me.

The amount of nostalgia I got from this video is crazy! Bright lite and the Lincoln logs were my absolute favorite as a kid.

So Lite Brite actually had a bulkier version in the early 90’s that resembled a small computer monitor (think apple’s first Mac and less colorful). The colorful “beads” were smaller and the peg board part was larger. You actually plugged it into the wall and there was a light bulb inside of it that if it burnt out, you had to unscrew about 4-6 screws to get to. I miss my Lite Brite actually, but it was so much fun!

My in-laws got that exact Lit Brite for my kids for Christmas a couple years ago. We had to order more pegs because the first picture they tried to create from the templates was ONE peg short. But, they love it.

Holy Crap!! Kris literaly scared the $hit out of me. And I love how Kris always compliments us in the beginning of each video, and how she makes us laugh.

Name suggestion for pet rock: Rockin' Robin! 1) because it's a rock 2) Robin Williams 3) it would have its own song (even though the actual song is about a bird and it mentions JAYbird street lol) 4) the hair that came with it makes it look like he could be at a Queen concert rocking out lol Maybe I'm a little nuts for putting too much thought into it lol but that's my suggestion 😁 lol. My brother and I loved Lite-Brite so much, we had a huge desktop like one, and a small, portable one. We also had a Barrel of Monkeys, but quickly grew tired of that

i am pretty sure my little brother and i had ALL of these in early 80s. except that sling shot thing but that sticky hand from the anecdote? we had lots of those and flung them at this full wall mirror in our house. mom hated that because then she had to clean all those mirror tiles

Fun fact: when my mom was a kid, her and a friend had pet rocks.They would pick rocks from her friend's driveway, paint them and make them beds. This was *before* they started selling them in stores. She was very confused.

My Dad had an old Gyroscope and was bragging about how good he was with it. After balancing it in his hand and make it “dance” around the table, he bragged he was going to make it jump from the kitchen counter to the table. He pulled the ripcord and the thing flew the wrong way and smashed the kitchen window!

I totally had a barrel of monkeys as a kid. They slowly all went missing, and now we find one every once in a while in random boxes and totes.... It's probably been around 12 years since we lost the majority of them.... We have moved several times and somehow they have suck with us... They're haunting us at this point. Anyone else experience this after having a barrel of monkeys?
