Testing the Toadfish Stowaway Fillet System 

I got one of these sets for Christmas. Had to do a lot of adjusting of the screws to get it to unfold properly. Overall, I like it on a flat surface but hope was to use it away from my fillet table (read tailgate of my pickup) but it is not forgiving to uneven surfaces. Not a problem if I carry a piece of starboard for a base. Someone recommended the larger set but I do wish they had options for small knives and larger board. You are killing me with the flounder, here in NC we are limited to a very short season and a limit of one per trip!

I thought you were going to fillet a fish?
