Pro tip with the Siete tortillas-- If you keep them in the freezer, you can generally pop off and separate one as needed. If you give it a light spray of any oil on both sides while frozen, before heating it up on a flat pan/griddle, it will sizzle and steam but not stick and be the softest most delicious tortilla, you won't miss the gluten!

nice cream is really good without protein powder (i’ve never tried it with cauliflower lol). you have to try it again. just frozen bananas, frozen fruit, and almond or oat milk does the charm! i’ve also made the mistake of freezing the banana with the peel still on🤣 i will be trying the pizza snack!

When I make my pizza rolls I just throw all the ingredients on half of a tortilla and fold it in like a quesadilla shape. Much easier but I do also use flour tortillas so they hold nicely

This was so cute! I'm glad one of them at least worked out. I think it's easier to get a more savory snack that's healthy than a sweet one (unless you're just eating fruit).
