The infinite caves still works in 1.18.1 but it is less obvious because the new generation causes only the shape to repeat and not the actual blocks. Still got the infinite mineshaft though.

i tested the ultra long ravine that repeats a while before this video so that has worked for a WHILE now. Even diamond veins repeat, as well as all other ores.
