Me and my siblings discovered this; make a household, with two or more people. One of them moves out without any money. You take said person and move into rich house and destroy their home and everything, causing more money, and because they are already rich, that means A LOT of money. You then move out again, but leave them with no house nor money, and move back into beginning household. You therefor have a ton of money. :)
