Love how he says “all I can taste is olives” then says “all I can taste is olives and herb mushrooms” then says “all I can taste is olives and burnt cheese” so basically you taste everything (cheese olives mushrooms) but not the turkey which is never gunna be a strong flavour as it’s a meat that doesn’t taste of anything 😂😂

The wrap hack is my FAV thing to do at the moment. I can have a wrap on my diet plan and so I normally have a meat, avocado, cheese in mine, maybe some peppers or something in there. I’ve some a chicken fajita one before...just my favourite thing to do 😍😍

Everyone is going on about if your not motivated it’s okay, and I’ve had people made me feel bad because I’m always super motivated and I’ve had to stop watching people because it almost made me feel bad for doing so much and question myself. But if I don’t, it makes me feel sad and stuff so I stay busy. But yeah so many people so on about not being motivated but never address the other side of it, so thank you!!!! ❤️ You’re the best xxxx

I am one of those motivated people this lockdown. Makes a change from the last one 😄 last one I spent most of the time in bed binge watching films and tv shows. But this time I do a 30 minute workout each morning and then no matter the weather I spend an hour skipping in the morning and it just sets me up for the rest of the day. I’m only eating fruit and veg this month and only drinking water. Surprisingly I haven’t craved anything sweet or anything else so far but I have never felt better and more energised in my life ❤️ I hope everyone else is doing/keeping well during this lockdown. Hopefully this year will be the year we can go back to seeing family and friends again ❤️ xx
I think motivation is a really relative term. If you’re feeling that you need a break that’s by all means fine, take it. But I know that there’s a lot of students like me who don’t have a choice. Classes keep going whether we want a break or not so if you’re in this situation, you can do this just keep going.
I'm teaching online which keeps me motivated and way busier than when in school. My tip is to get up shower and change, makes me feel clean and ready even just for netflix
I feel like I’m both those people you are talking about in a video. I’ve been doing uni work every day and exercising but I also have days where I’m down and I bed! So both your messages of “it’s okay” are really helpful aha!
Last year was really hard for me and everyone i know a lot of things happened, family wise and obvs lockdown's and covid. It really messed with my mental health and also my physical health but i didn't let it defeat me. On 1st Jan i celebrated my nieces 2nd birthday and that just gave me the joy i needed and since waking up on that day i have worked on myself, treated myself for doing things that set my anxiety off and me getting through it like going to the dentist, that is one of my worst fears and i have tonight pampered and treated myself to a few things for saying well done and just being more kinda to myself. I never looked for what i needed and now i am i'm fixing myself up slowly, working out everyday, going to appointments to fix my on the inside, and just making myself feel more proud of me. Being away from family is heartbreaking but its giving me a chance to focus on me and get all the negatives out my life. not to sound selfish but i have never took time for me and this year i want to do more of that.
