For a better fried chocolate toast: I use two slices of bread, crusts cut off, dipped in egg and milk mixture for french toast. Sandwich the galaxy in between and fried in a little butter, top with sugar, cinnamon and cream! Amazing sweet french toast!

The one thing that could save the popcorn is to shake the pan on the heat till the popping stops. Popcorn burns very easily and needs to be kept moving to pop properly.

Once you’ve made your butter you can strain the liquid and what you are left with is buttermilk which you can use in other recipes, I learnt this when I studied patisserie at college and we ran out of butter 😂

Also flakes were originally a byproduct from the manufacture of dairy milk chocolate bars. It’s what was scraped off the moulds. Because it cooled differently to the bars it creates the crumbly texture.

Try flavoring it, lol. In a keto diet we have something also called cloud bread that’s essentially just tar tar and egg white, and everyone complains it tastes like egg but doesn’t realize you can season/flavor it.

My mom taught me a little trick for when you are frying stuff (or in this case popping corn) which is to use the lid as a shield, if it is a clear, see through like yours, even better... my own advice: also place it as close to the pan/pot as possible so the oil or corn or anything hot doesn’t jump to your feet either :)
If you whip the cream, till you just start to get water/ way(?) if want add a touch of salt, you have whip, soft butter. Can't wait to try the mango tip.
The peanut butter mug cake hmm have you tried the Oreo one? Just crust 6 Oreos and pour milk in with it till you get a reasonable texture then in the microwave and it's the same texture but so very Oreo flavourd
I watched Colleen make the cloud bread and hers looked like it was supposed to but she said it was slimy in the middle too. So I have a feeling that's just how it comes out. I feel like if you left it in for much longer, you'd end up with a very burnt outer crust and it may not even make a difference to the inside.
In order to have meringue desserts come out fully cooked, and not be burnt, you have to let them "dry out" in the oven or a warm place. This allows the meringue to get stiff and fluffy, rather than just get all melty the second you touch it.

I made cloud bread and it deflated after I took it out :( it ended up looking like a slightly thick pancake even tho it looked like a loaf in the oven 😂 anyone know why? and what can I do to stop it haha
When baking any type of meringue dessert you need to turn the oven to a really low temperature(about 200 f°), and put the meringue in for a long time(probably over an hour, but I'd check it halfway through). It allows the meringue to dry out rather than bake, and get nice and fluffy, and a little bit crisp. Meringue desserts can't bake like normal ones, so in order to keep them from getting gooey and melted, or deflate is to let them dry out in the oven. ❤️👍 Hope this helps!
Butter is made from cream. You might be thinking of how cheese is made. And also home made butter can be salted or spiced with whatever you want like fill or chive
I make home made butter by filling a quart canning jar 3/4 the way with cream put the lid on tight and shake until butter is made, I have a home made shaker because it will tire your arm out but it works.
Instead of using peautbutter you can use Nutella all u need to do is put 3 spoonfuls of nutella in a mug add 1 egg mix then add 3 spoonfuls of flour and a pinch on baking powder then mix microwave for 2 minutes and done.
