I think you need to add washability to the test. Seeing what a print looks like after going through the wash can reveal a lot. One thing with DTF going on heavy cotton is that if the shirt shrinks in the wash, the print will not, so it will look “wrinkly.” Also, applying the same amount of heat to a shirt with more polyester content as a 100% cotton tee isn’t a fair comparison since they handle the heat differently.

I agree. Finished the testing today and I think there is a lot better that I can do. Not to spoil part three but the 100% poly does well.

Which brand do you recommend for white shirt that is not thin?. I tried Gildan it is so thin shows inner shirt or nipples for men if no inner shirt.
