Hey guys welcome back to another rs3 video. In this video I will be showing you a guide on tetracompass farming, showing you the basics of tetracompasses and also the most efficient ways to obtain tetracompasses. You can gain quite a bit of archaeology xp from simply doing tetracompasses and you can also make a bit of money as well while you're at it. Tetracompasses are fairly similar to a clue scroll except there is only one step until getting the ancient casket and the rewards are slightly different but still great.

saying that red rum relics are always faster to complete cause they only have 4 artefacts is wrong cause 2 of the artefacts are from a hotspot that give 3 artefacts so it would make it about as fast as green gobbo 1, in fact green gobbo 1 would be faster cause the hotspots are lower level and you get more artefacts/h, of course rng plays a huge role in what artefacts you get as well

also green gobbo 1 is 2 different locations where 100% of the artefacts u get from them will be used in the collection. whereas in other places u have a chance of getting artefacts that arent for the collection.

The bandosian collections are not as simple and require planning because the excavation hotspots give mixed goblin and ork artifacts starting at 94. Only green gobbo I can be done without planning, and because it is a lower level to complete that is actually the fastest. Also important note: doing multiple tetras at once allows you to possibly get the same location for multiple tetras saving time. Their location is set on creation.

I wanted to know if our level of archeology is important when choosing what collection to make, since low level collections require less time per artefacts, resulting in more artefacts /tetras per hour right? Or we get the same amount of artefacts in a t83 spot when compared to a t119 spot? Thanks!

Why is RRR faster than GGG1? Sure, there are only 4 arts in the collection, but you need to excavate 5 arts from the hotspots anyways, so one art just goes to waste. Am I missing something here?

the spare art is used for GGG2 at lvl 97, so if you farm RRR from 94-97 you should have quite a few artifacts already to start that collection

So there are no collectors who wants them? Like, this is only a thing that can give us xp and archeology materials/dragon Mattock etc? Not worth keeping them?

You didn't mention the Saradominist II - IV collections? Would be useful for someone who's too low for the Warforge collections

Only Saradominist 2 can be completed prior to having access to the warforge as all the saradominist 3 relics have a requirement of over level 80, Saradominist 4 relics are EXCLUSIVELY beyond 99, and Saradominist 2 requires a whopping NINE relics, 4 of which require outside resources (Bronze/Silver bars and Sapphires). furthermore at the level where you could complete Saradominist 2 but not have access to the Warforge, 72, your excavation for the various nodes will not have ramped up much if any since the lowest level node is still in the 60s range.

I was just pointing out that warforge collections aren't the only collections that reward tetra pieces and specifically point out Saradominist II for players who don't have 76 archaeology. I lived at warforge til 98 arch so definitely agree it's the way to go once you have access :)

hard to tell your xp/hr as it varies by your own level, how many codices you get from the compass, which mattock you have, if you have either outfit... ect ect ect

most of these are not accurate they changed many Collections you are just going from wiki and wiki is wrong aswell. for instance zammy 4 dont give tetra
