@@neiretzlik4337 The old TW's have their's own depth, when you can feel the diversity and possibility to do what you want to do on the map. Also the untis act as they actual have to act and response. They were at this time better believable (heavier).
@@adamjuhasz645 I think TW community is more divided then ever. I think after the release of more linear Napoleon Total War, the focus shifted heavily towards campaign, more then battles. And I think it was great, since even though I loved MTW2 and RTW for their climatic and cinematic battles, I struggled deeply with weird and clanky campaign. But I do understand the side that loves battles more. It all comes down to your own taste, and I personally think that FoTS has singlehandedly THE BEST campaign setting of any Total War, period, and remains heavily in my top of Total Wars to play and revisit. Those pikemen are way to OP for the game, they can single handle a way to powerful cavalry force and stand their ground to some of the basic infantry units, those pikeman are way to good
