"Through action, a man becomes a hero Through death, the hero becomes a legend Through time, the legend becomes a myth and by learning from the myth a man takes action"
When I'll become a sigmallionare I'll remove the statue of liberty and put Zyzz and a big golden plate where it'll be written "We're all gonna make it brah!"

Considering the current situation on our world... how masculinity is basically a endangered way of life... i just find that to be such a perfect way to describe things. Simply put, the 300 spartans represent those few that have rediscovered/embraced their manliness/masculinity and now as a United force stand, outnumbered against the endless hordes of those who do not yet see the way (aswell as those who want to destroy many things that in short can be called freedom) , represented by the persians. But unlike the spartans, i know for one thing, we will not falter, brothers. They may have the numbers, they may have the world in full, but they do not have our freedom , which is what they can never take away from us, unless we let them.
15 years old. I was in highschool and was the weakest kid of the class. We had swimming classes and mid-pool I was already tired af. I was skinny fat, and couldn't even flex my biceps. I tried forcefully and it didn't even move. Some girls of the class beat me in arm wrestling. 9 years after, I'm at my 24 years old. Benching 80kg for many reps, squatting 100kg for reps, and many other good weights I can do that I couldn't even imagine before. And yes, Zyzz was my main inspiration. Keep the grind brah's, we're all gonna make it. I did it. And the feeling is amazing.
I just found out about Zyzz literally today and instantly got motivated to work out again. I just did 55 pushups listening to this song as motivation. They weren't the most perfect push-ups once I got to 45, but I think the most important thing is to train until complete failure. (edit: scratch that ^, form is more important. credit to the guy in replies for reminding me)
I was falling asleep during my homework, nothing worked, not even redbull, I put some zzz motivational videos on and I am now doing these lectures like they are breakfast, we all gonna make it brah ❤
Lost 3kg (mostly lean mass) after injuring my forearm few weeks ago, kinda depressed about it, but this gets me hyped up to recovering fast so next year I can get back to the grind.
Felt weak this morning. Couldn’t give in. What is a day off. Wanted to go for a run before the gym and I popped this song on. On the way to the gym, I saw a group of 4 guys in a car bumping THIS EXACT SONG in the gym parking lot. I knew I was part of an exclusive club. We’re all gonna make it.
i want to share a moment for all the G's who fight against depression. but still go to the gym. there are people who seek attention and people who wants to get noticed by girls but there are the lions who just fight against bad energie.. u are the real myth legend
im making a public proclamation I am going to get back into the gym and I am going to change I will no longer be weak but I will become the best version of my self and became great I will rise up... we all will.
