This will happen. Its just that Texas residents will be the last to benefit. Elon Musk stated this a while ago. AI will take the majority of jobs from the majority of the work force. Medical, management, even the top construction company in Massachusetts owner said construction will be gone because of AI and robots(google John Fish AI jobs). The only thing needed will be law enforcement, lawyer and judges will be gone. Why do you think these company's are going all in, committing billions to AI? A social income will be coming soon. You can say no all you want but this is the reality and its the reason why they are even talking about it. If moneys going to be given out, I want first dibs, not last.

If people want money from the government then let them show up everyday and work for it,pick up garbage, mow,answer phones, paint ,help clean up elderly or disabled people’s homes. If they are qualified for other work put them to work!But no free handouts!
