Guy, they get processed and receive a notice to appear at an immigration court several years in the future, then they are released on their own recognizance. So yes, they are literally processed before being released.

While you are correct about the border patrol doing this, they are a federal agency and were ordered to do this by the Biden administration. Biden had also taken Air Marshals off planes to follow people visiting DC and do full checks to see if they were there on jan 6 th. And some to the border to do the same and report it to China. Why China? If they don’t comply they will be reprimanded or fired. This has been reported by one of the heads of the Air Marshals. She reported it months ago . I saw the interview with her myself. So no protection on flights probably bc Biden is sneaking in hundreds of flights of illegal aliens in the middle of the night while flights have no protection from terrorists. Nothing seems to be done about it. And the patrol want to do their job and some have even committed suicide bc they can’t do their job. They say in hearings they don’t need money they just need to do their job. I am sure they will probably get fired or get stuff reprimand if they don’t obey Biden. I am proud of Abbott and support him 100%. Other states are sending alternating national guard to help Biden. Adams is trying to sue Abbott by making a new law that no more migrants by bus , so Abbott sent them by train. Adams then amended the law to add not by train and though they are a sanctuary city , they are breaking federal law by not coordinating with the border patrol and will not receive extra federal funds for illegal aliens . That includes ones who didn’t enter through one of the five legal ports of entry. The war is bigger than it looks. We used to donate for the wall and to bud illegals aliens to sanctuary cities. We voted in increased taxes for certain things which will pull on us but help pay to give them rides, clothes, food, blankets, coats, water , etc.. we have to all pitch in to take them where they want to go. And they already know where they want to go. Where zoning has decreased in population in cities like New York and California. They have moved to Florida and Texas and the democratic representatives in those zones will decrease the amount of representatives so they are using illegal aliens to count the people and keep their zones. But these are not citizens and shouldn’t be counted. Big deal about this especially if they let illegals vote. If they do they should not be able to vote as a state.
