Hello Texas Stitchers. This was a great first video. Our son lives in the DFW area, so we visit your lovely state as often as possible. Kendall, I am voting for Rudolph.
Good Morning, Epworth and Kendall, from your neighbor in Louisiana! I am so happy to meet y’all! And also to see so many stitchers from Texas in the comment section…hi, y’all! 👋 😊 I really enjoyed every project y’all shared; they are different and fun. Kendall, welcome to cross-stitching. I hope you are enjoying it so far, you’re doing great! Epworth, I see we share a lot of the same tastes in projects and fabric choices , and you are definitely enabling me to check out some new charts! 😅 Thank you both so much for starting your channel, because I am loving it. I’m really surprised that no one has compared y’all to Pam and Steph yet. Their very first video was also filmed on their screen porch, and Stephanie had just started cross stitching then, like you, Kendall, where as Pam was already a very experienced stitcher, like you, Epworth. ❤ 😊 I am anxious to catch up on your other videos. Have a great week! Meline
Hello ladies, great 1st flosstube! I love your choices of wips, I can see you both love Halloween stitching which I love as well ❤️ will look forward to your videos, great job
Welcome. I enjoyed your first video. I love to follow fellow Texas stitchers. I'm from the Dallas area. You should do the cat next, I recently finished it and hope to fully finish in the next month. Looking forward to your next update.
Thank you! Stay tuned for Sunday or Monday for our next one. I think it is tied between the reindeer and the cat. We shall see which one pulls ahead. Enjoy the cooler weather in Virginia.
Nice job ladies with your first video! Look forward to following your adventures in stitching. Kendall, if I were choosing another project, I'd select one of the Christmas oriented ones. The deer has a lot of fill in and would be a good balance for your color changing in your current Halloween piece. The snow scene is really an all-winter piece and could follow the Christmas ones nicely. Hope to see you again soon!
Yay, more Texas flosstubers! I'm northeast of Dallas. So glad to have found y'all and welcome! Great first video and I look forward to getting to know y'all : ) Happy Stitching!
CONGRATS on your first Flosstube!! Kendall, my suggestion would be to select the kitty cat pattern. Since you like cats, maybe you would enjoy finishing it! I'll look for you in two weeks - Thanks! Denise
Welcome to FlossTube. I think you should start both projects 😅. I'm about 80 miles from Lubbock. Love love love the Hill Country area. Can't wait to see what you have in-store...
Epworth and Kendall!! Greetings from Dallas!! Congratulations on your first flosstube! It’s always great to find a Texas stitcher on here! I’ll be looking forward to your next video! Happy Stitching!!
@@TexasCrossStitchers I was just in Frisco this morning, or rather passed through it on my way to my framers in Aubrey. Was taking a couple of cross stitch pieces in to be framed. The Peanut Gallery. They specialize in framing needlework so I make the hour drive up to them every so often. I’m skipping the Fair this year. I usually go every other year or so.
Great job on your first flosstube! I enjoyed all your projects and patterns. I am your newest subscriber for the moment!! Keep stitching happy! I think you should start Rudolph, so maybe you could have him for Christmas!! They were all cute tho!
Great video. I love to see Texas stitchers. I’m in College Station. I loved seeing all your WIPS. I think you should start Oh Dear. I started mine but never finished it lol
Nicely done, ladies. - (I hope I'm spelling your name right) Kendall... My top vote for your next project would be the adorable kitten piece. - I look forward to your future videos, whenever you're able to do them.
Hello fellow Texans! It's nice to see fellow cross stitchers from the Great State of Texas (I live in Houston now but at one time I did live in Amarillo) I knew before you said anything that you must be in the hill country. Just curious if you have ever been to the Tinsmith Wife in Comfort. It's on my bucket list. Enjoyed the video and your cross stitching.
Us Texans might be biased, but we are a great state :) Wr absolutely loved Palo Duro Canyon. We haven’t been but we certainly need a girls trip. I’ll let you know if we go.
I e joyed your video. You fabric for Halloween at Hawk Rin Hollow inspired me. I have the pattern but haven’t shopped for the fabric yet. O live in Corpus Christi and just recently came back to cross stitching. Do you have any favorite LNSs? I choose Rudolph for the next project
Thank you! As for your question my mom bought the fabric from 123 Stitch. 32 count Jay by Picture this Plus. She typically shops at Fat Quarter, and 123 the most. We don’t have a local store although she has been to Nedlewerkes in Copper Cove near Killeen.
Great job! Nice to *meet* you both and see your stitching! I'm a Texas Tech grad and thrilled to hear y'all mention Lubbock! LOLed at y'all explaining with "we're Texan" - I struggle with French pronunciations, too! :D
So cool! I graduated from Texas Tech as well. Can’t beat Spanky’s right across the street. My favorite place to go after class back in the day. So much had changed in that area.
