Texas 281 runs directly from the Mexican border straight to the Canadian line near North Dakota.
This particular stretch is from Lampasas, Evant, and Hamilton, Texas. A quick overview, as Texas Highways will be expanding portions of this highway. ROAD CONSTRUCTION starts in 2024 and will last the next 3 years. Enjoy the view while it's clean!
