What are you on about? These people are illegally breaking into someone's home and staying there, trashing the place, using their utilities for free etc Are you really out of your mind so much that you think a property owner should not have a right to get them out right away? This is absurd that its even considered squatting this is breaking and entering also known as burglary the only difference is because they have found cracks in they laws their not afraid to stay because then they have to be evicted.

Texas -- I live in rural East Texas, anyone squatting would be hauled away in a body bag. The police bring them for free -- we like out police.

It's considered "a civil matter" if you have family staying with you for 30 + days and they refuse to leave, you have to evict them.
