1996 was when I watched "The Sandlot" for the first time and became a fan of baseball. Being from Fort Worth, I supported the Texas Rangers since they were the local team and have always since. This win made up for 2010 and 2011 - a great day to be alive for every Rangers fan! Win or Lose, come what may, I'm a Rangers fan 'til my dying day. God bless baseball, God bless Texas and God bless the Texas Rangers!
My dad passed away in 2007 and he was a huge Rangers fan. As a kid growing up I wasn’t into the sport as I used to prefer football and basketball. When he died and we were putting away some of his clothes I came across his Rangers jerseys. Idk what clicked after that but I decided to start watching the Rangers after that. And after so many years, through some really highs and some equally but soul crushing lows, this was the payoff. What would have made it the perfect championship for me is if my old man would have been there to see it too. I hope he had the best seat in the house when it happened. Watching these videos never gets old but also makes me emotional. Just like with my dad, I hope all the fans who didn’t make it to that day got to experience it from up above. God bless every single one of you.
Indeed the dbacks have a great future ahead you guys will win it all soon enough their run game scared us rangers fans our defense absolutely helped us win this your time is coming though:)
