He'll get em. Probably in some two back sets or special plays. Bijan is too special to steal carries from and Roschon is the heart and soul of the entire team. So they will just have to be creative with Keilan.

Maybe the Arkansas game was a blessing in disguise. It was a non-conference loss so it doesn't do any real harm. It gave the coaches a chance to swap QBs and now the BigXII is wide open. I think if Texas played Arkansas later in the year at a neutral sight with Casey at QB, they win that game and maybe comfortably.

@@Bones12x2 Arkansas would have drug y'all either way but I think people overreacted to the loss blowing out a 3-0 power 5 team that's an instate rivalry and scoring 70 isn't something any team can do

Arkansas is tough and a more disciplined team but Texas literally played miserably in the first half and with over a half dozen enormous and totslly unforced errors and Card completely buckled. Change just a couple of those plays that Ark had nothing to do with... Dropped punt... Dropped TD... Missed Field Goal... Dropped third down catch in around redzone.... Plus have Casey in who is objectively a more tough and decisive player who would have made far more quick and effective decisions and Texas is leading at the half in that game. Even more so on a neutral field. The crazy environment was half of what won that game for Arkansas. When your QB ia shook... It kills the whole team.

I don’t know about conspiracy but I think it came down to Card looked better in practice especially in the pocket. I went to open practice myself and Card can put some passes on the money even better than Casey. But we saw pretty quickly this season who can handle the pressure and thankfully Casey is our starter. In the future - When our OLine gets better, we can expect Hudson to shine too.

@Jason Foster they favored white qbs so much that they recruited Vince Young and were excited to start him as a freshman. They also wanted Swoopes and Heard. All white guys, not one black guy in that mix. Wait, they are mainly black guys unlike Casey who is just as white as he is black.

@@coa_paul3977 I agree, especially with the trash oline, and a freshman being the only decent receiver we have. I do see alot of positive things in card that reminds me a bit of Colt Mccoy, personality wise also. But being only a freshman with that oline and receiving crew, it is best to go with Casey who is a better runner and more experienced plus has played great.

To be fair all of those throws were like God dropped them in their hands. The secondary has issues but you gotta give credit to that QB for just slingin.
