Embrilliance only right OR left justifies, but it doesn't mean the same thing it does in word processing software. In this instance it means to set the right or left alignment of the text box. In order to justify both sides at the same time, I would to keep each line separate; and then use the spacing controls on each line to expand or shrink the line until the right and left boundaries are the same.
