BetterHelp is not all texting. Why didn’t you do the video feature? I’m a therapist who has worked on BH and I didn’t text because it is NOT therapy. You can decide. Don’t diss all of good therapists. That’s a crap thing to do.
@@elisif0319I've had 2 sessions with a therapist on there so far, first lasted 50 mins and the second just over 60 mins. So what you say isn't necessarily true, depends on the therapist I think.
