@Macy sondheim First of all, I was not snobby and rude. I was nice and polite to him. We talked for about 10 or so minutes. If you want to know the story, I will tell you. In the meantime, quit assuming that you people just from a comment.
I’m dating a redhead, and we both have targeted these subjects to break all the stigmas because why not break the ice right? She’s still into me, so I’m here for it. 😂❤
The thing I've always gotten in face-to-face, or over text, was people saying about how they've always been super into redheaded dudes. ...Then they went on and turned me down. The biggest and most common is people treating me like it's a unicorn sighting: "OMG!! IT'S A GINGER!!!"
I’m mixed and I grew up in Atlanta. Dads Hispanic mom is German. I’ve been asked if I’m adopted more times than I would like to admit. I guess it’s just rarity that people are not used to. I’ve heard the term fiery redhead used before and I’ve always wondered if that’s offensive. My mom never liked it and she’s a red head.
Things I’ve been TOLD: • her hair is sooo pretty • my great great step uncle’s dog’s sister has red hair. • She must have a bad temper • can I steal your hair? “• people pay a lot of money for that hair color • People like to kidnap redheads, stay close like wtf 💀
I believe I won’t compliment a redhead if this is how they’re going to analyze my attraction to beauty. Or if they’re blonde, brunette, tall, short, so on and so on…
Here's another cringeworthy text: does the carpet match the hair? OMG why is it ok to say that to a redhead? I never understood that. Don't you think that's rather personal? And why does that matter? I don't get it
It’s because being redheaded and a woman makes some guys think they can hypersexualize us and be atrociously inappropriate. It’s one more way for men to violate women’s personal space.
I’m not defending it but as a lad I am giving you an answer and that is because everyone else apart from them pale blondes with the almost white hair have black or brown pubes. Also a lot of lads like red pubes on a red headed girl. I also wouldn’t say it’s a fetish per say. I’m strictly speaking not a redhead. I had auburn hair growing up but it went full brown when I got back from Afghan when I was 19 which was weird so I don’t know if the sun battered it. Not that it matters because I shave it with the guard off because I hate hair but I do still have a dark red beard although my chest hair and stuff is brown my girlfriend likes my pale skin and red beard and I know she does like red hair particularly facial hair. The girl just likes red hair it’s not a fetish she just finds it attractive. Don’t get me wrong some people certainly do fetishise it but other just like the look of the red hair on pale skin and that includes down there and that’s just what gets some people hard or wet if you’re a bird.. without being too crass.
I'm not redhead myself but have a similar problem cuz my curly (almost kinky) hair and yes, someone ever ask me if my "carpet" was as curly as my hair ._.
@@puppy7631 OMG that's terrible! Why can't guys just be a real person and get to know them first? If they ever get into a relationship with you, they will find out in due time. Unbelievable 🙄😤
I think when guys say they have never been with a (fill in the blank) before... they are trying to compliment and highlight the unique first time experience that said person gets to be a part of.
First off, I am honestly not quite sure why youtube popped this video as a suggestion. The lady is right though. I used to have a big red beard (until it went half grey and I shaved it off) and I would literally have people come up to me and say wow, is that your real colour? Or things like, "can I touch that please?". Seriously, it's just hair, so please no, do not invade my personal space. That said, I was always very happy with my red beard and wish I could turn back the wheels of time to have it back, haha. As for the most common texts? "You look like a pirate", "Is that your natural colour?". Guess it's easier to be a man sometimes, I can only imagine the comments women must get.
Things I’ve been told : - do you REALLY like it ? ..? - are you Irish or danish ? - can I touch them ? - why they’re more brown in darker room and orange at sun ?! FAKE GINGER - Carot 🥺🥕🥺🥕🥺🥕 Also : carrot is kind of a nickname by my really close friend they call me « sweaty carot » or « lovely carot » and I don’t feel awkward or ill at ease with it, but when it come from stranger DUH I HATE
Guys if you ever want to date a redhead your talking to DON'T ASK if the carpet matches the drapes or do it will show how stupid you are. Redheads are expected to have tempers so no one will bat an eye if we get angry and embarrass the hell out of you. It isn't cute and it isn't asking if we are natural redheads.
Redheads visibly stick out a mile and because so few people in the UK have red hair (actually its more like orange than red, its never actually red) we really notice it and can't help to think that that person is different from everyone else which is totally untrue but very hard not to think. The crazy thing is that other people assume that redheads are walking around with a mirror un fron of their eyes i.e. that THEY can see their red hair too, but guess what?, they can't see themselves. They dont see what you see. They see a sea of folks with briwn or blonde hair, that's all. And if they do see a redhead, then that redhead sticks out a mile!!!
You just saved my butt. Talking with an amazing one of a kind keeper. And I said she looks like Reba always liked red heads since highschool. I mean those things but I understand you hear it so often it becomes flat. You helped me with my wording thank you very much. You're awesome. Might just be talking to my future wife. Neva know.
Does the carpet match the curtains is one my wife was asked.. by me and my juvenile friends back in high school. We re-met 10 years later and now married for 15 years so she forgave me lol
I'm a dude, and I got the first 4 of those from women. The other one is "you look like a lion, make me purr." Yeah, cringe. I think we all know the FC one. Or are you a step child? I think the one that is really annoying is when someone asks, is it true you cant go out in the sun like you all are some kind of vampires? So annoying.
In my town in Guatemala I have only met 3 or 4 undyed redheads and about 10 dyed people, what is curious is that I have not seen someone naturally blonde in my town and what he says and that they say that it is very peculiar to meet someone with red hair, I never thought of meeting someone like that in Guatemala, but it turns out that there are several people like that in Guatemala in groups of redheads
My daughter is a redhead and if she got some of those texts, I wouldn’t be too happy lol. I just wish I could help my daughter realize that being a redhead is not wrong. She is beautiful and it breaks my heart when she says she hates her hair. She keeps telling me she wants to be blonde like me. What should I say to help her feel better?
Tell her read hair is uncommon and it makes her more specific than other ladies and red hair is one of the most common hair dye's sold lots of people like it and lots of people want to have it and there is a lot of genetic benefits you should look them up some time the r amazing
@@relatablyredhead2073 I was redhed aut of blue. Born strawberry blone , turned deeper ginger. My mom( i am adopted) colored my hair since 8y.o. ( preventing bulling at school) , she tried to use lot of things to help me in summer🔥 🤣 well, my mom sed, that i will go natural when i will want it. My biological mother was ginger women, who was deeply hated by people( she was narcissist), going natural for me, was momet, that i proved to world, that i am NORMAL- hair color is not reason to be bad.❤️❤️❤️🦊
I favor red headz because I have an eletrically unique connection with them, and I am myself part red head. I don't favor red headz for their red hair,or most unique featurez.... I favor them for the connection I have with them.
iv already said it , read head women are the most beautiful in the world , sadly not the case for men , it's just fits with women perfectly .... i would marry a ginger girl for sure
Did anyone know us redheads have serious powers? 90% Immortal (I'm proof) And a very long time ago it was believed we are vampires That's why I'm never scared 🎭😆
Do you have a negative blood type? If so, that may have something to do with it. It's kind of a thing, google it. I'm O negative and am highly psychic. Not a redhead, but have hazel eyes.
@@jimzorn3853 no what I said was correct so I don't need to look into things. We also read minds, sense lies, usually funny and red hair blue eyes is the rarest mix in the world. That's me. We also make our own vitamin D cuz of our skin complexion 📖
