Honestly I place Scouts pretty high on my heal priority list/overheal priority list, just because the nature of Scout makes him have to be up close and risking massive damage to effective. I generally heal Scouts over Snipers but overheal Snipers over Scouts.

The second I recognized that intro music, I knew this channel was going to be my go to.

Another thing to consider is morale. Sometimes players on low HP lose their cool and refuse to attack until they get themselves a medkit, even if you can heal them to 50-40% HP before they can retreat. If you see a soldier on low HP who is running away, not even asking for healing from the medic and you think you can't heal them to 80-90% HP right away it might be best to just let them go.

Also for spy if you see him at low health just spam a couple arrows, not only will you heal your spy but it will look like your fighting him which will make the enemy team believe the disguise more

Healing scouts is so good, that extra speed boost is super useful for rollouts from spawn and just feels fun

This is great although I feel a 30+ second intro is a tad excessive.

A quick tip about pre-round buffing: All overheals deplete in the same time of 14 seconds. A light from 185 to 125, and a heavy from 450 to 300, will go away in the same time. Because you have crit-heals in pre-round, I try to heal the lights first, up to the beefier ones. It doesn't have to be incredibly precise, just a rough order will do. The only exception is Sniper where as you mentioned, he can tank a quickscope, and assuming he's not going for a show-down with the other sniper out the gate, he's gonna want that 150+.

Out of combat, you generally want to heal and buff the players that won't play close to you first. The sooner you can get that scout and soldier back on the flank, the better, while the heavy, pyro or whoever makes up your combo isn't going anywhere. You also want to prevent having the entire team crowded around you as much as possible. In combat, you can use crit heals to buff someone before they become the focus of the enemy team and take damage. This rotation is difficult in casual, but it's still good to practice. For example taking a second to buff that heavy or scout coming from spawn is better than keeping your beam on a soldier that is constantly taking splash damage. I personally prioritize scouts pretty high. It doesn't take long to buff them and scout can do wonders with that overheal.

I didn't see the video but as a medic my heal Priorities is 1-fighting 2-low health 3-above 100 4-dosen't have buff 5-other medics=(thay help me heal the others and we can heal each other) 6-heavy/solder=(slow with high damage) 7=demoman=(have high damage but not so slow he can hold him self) 8-pyro=he need a little help one quick buff if i saw him 9-scout/engineer/spy/sniper=thay don't really need any help or heal only give them a buff when we are getting read to push/there Is no enemys Edit: I forgot to mention other things but its in the video and I don't disagree with anything in it

I do enjoy properly determining who needs heals only for them to have a stroke and for me to spend 5 minutes trying to click on them as the rest of the team dies

Medic's #1 heal target is people on his friends list.

During rollauts you overheal based on speed of rollaut, meaning, fast overheal of scouts and roaming demos is a thing. Engies should constantly get a bit of overheal if possible as they turtle in places where they can be picked by a sniper or roaming direct hit, and especially if they carry their stuff. And overhealed spy has a chance to have at leas one pick even if he is noob. And If there is a heavy during control point matches, you overheal others first, but then stick with him, giving crossbow to others unless they are in the range of overheal. You need people to defend you from roaming scouts and soldiers, and outside of pyros, that tend to just run away with WM1 even outside of casual and engies that are stationarry, heavies are your best bet. At the very least you can outrun and hide behind fat gibuses body as scout tries to stuff your ass full of his scattergun. And if heavy is actually competent, you switch to Vac and stick to him like glue.

My heal priority is fairly good: If there’s a Uber push, I pop a vac Uber on any engineers and get infront of the buildings so they buildings stay up, and they can repair them People who know their limits, if I im healing a pyro and he runs into the enemy I’m just gonna pop a explosive Uber and run away People who run at me spamming medic, they have better crit heals The other medic, more Uber and heals People in the front lines Other medics (if there are multiple)

I personally disagree with some aspects of your heal order. I agree healing Medics is most important, but I find Scout to be the next priority, because Scout is one of the best combat classes whose main weakness is health. And because scouts tend to flank, you don't get many opportunities to heal them. So if I can, I always try to heal them if they are near. A scout with the health of a roaming soldier can be scary.
