@@angryoldaz3079 I remember watching soundsmith or was it Ace the Ocarina maker and I just saw like five or eight Machina snipers had shot the same goddamn sniper or was it Soldier oh yeah this is like before Rick May died and that's what comes to mind
Oh... No wait. If we're going the "asshole scout" route, it only targets friendlies. I don't hate friendlies, I normally like and will party with friendlies. But that's just usually an asshole move.
A bot that follows its hoster? Now imagine someone does that with a full party of bots, then they all follow all the actions of the host, but one bot is more delayed than the last. Like a conga line trail, or bonk scouts following the leader in a straight line, or a line of sticky jumping demomen flying through the air. funni
In my first ever game I met a guy developing a medic bot. It was really fascinating to watch it operate. The dude was more doing it as a passion project than to send them out in waves though
Just give everyone a Bot Captcha before they join until we figure out something better. Prove you are not a bot: click every picture that contains: soldier
I wasn't trying to dis them, I'm confident in my jumps and I could tell they need to practice it a bit more since they kept hitting their head on the ceiling. Tried to keep it more of a observation rather than "You're bad at rocket jumping but I guess it was a good video too"
You know, it kinda looks like they're trying to get a bot that can play tf2 at a decent level. Is all bot hosting malicious? I mean with machine learning techniques there's a small field of programming all about teaching bots to play games. Usually as a way to refine bots and the programmer's ability
@@slothmanthepug8755 not trying to defend those scums, but yeah not ALL bots are bad, like if there were bots that played at a decent level (not insta-kill every life form in sight ofc) it would be pretty fun, specially at empty servers that fill themselves with bots like Skial
Depends on what the next step or end goal is... If it's cheating on top level, maybe... IDK if TF2 has tournaments, but still... Or just taking away the fun. Bots still have the advantage of being able to react faster and better than any human. It can be fun if they emulate an average person, but maybe not in masses... IDK tho, let them for now until they start becoming a problem, I guess
4:55 so i’ve had this happen to me quiet a lot and my theory is that the reason you jump like that is because the spawn door squish you and as a result you rise up and that results in that little hop you get
bruh this man using the huntsman like it's nothing, yet over here I can't even land a single hit on an enemy lol oh yeah about the bot thing they must be a newbie at using bots if they have to test it, this is where you say something and vote to kick em usually that works
tbh im completely fine if some dude just makes bots with that christmas glove that makes you laugh then taunt kill, after the person dead they killbind be funniest shit
I think somebody should make anti bot bots. Basically it kills enemy bots but not players and, when all the non-friendly bots are cleared out. They just leave so that you can have a normal match. :edit but lets be honest there is like a 0% chance anybody is gonna make one.
@@techwizsmith7963 they just take space of the server while real players could play in it. Bot host is bot host and you just think that you could fight fire with fire. Sit down
Funny you should mention that. I joined a server with only 4 actual people on the server. All the other slots were filled by bots. So, uh.... Yeah, I guess TF2 did have bot v bot
