Watching this video is so fucking nostalgic. I remember booting up this game for the first time in 2014 and playing it all summer. Then going on RU-vid and discovering star and jerma. So much has changed, I don't even play TF2 anymore with college and real life stuff I'm just too busy, but looking back at videos like these gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling.

Sticky shoes actually would be a kinda cool concept for an item. You don't get knocked around as much, but it's not a weapon.

I'm thinking this loadout would actually go good with the pretty boy's pocket pistol. candy cane and +fire damage balance each other out, and the pocket pistol prevents fall damage, and since you will be taking some of that because you are trying to force people off of cliffs, it seems like it would all work out into a workable with zero fiddliness loadout.

I'm debating wether the sticky shoes at the end are actually a real TF2 item
