Fun fact: this video is undoubtedly how Red Medic got Blu spy's head in Meet the Medic. The prequel, TF2 Spy Meets a Catgirl has evidence (the catgirl has blue clothes and Blu Spy is a furry so it would make sense for him to use a catgirl as his comfort disguise. At the end of TF2 Spy Meets a Catgirl, Red Spy gives him directions to "Hell" and I believe that those directions were to Medic's place leading up to this video. Blu Spy was cut open by Red Medic for an experiment and Red Medic realized that the "catgirl" was Blu Spy in disguise and put Blu Spy's head in his fridge.
