Added the Summer 2024 Cosmetic Case
Contains 23 new community-contributed items
Added 4 new community-contributed taunts to the Mann Co. Store
Taunt: Taunt: Can It!
Taunt: Cremator's Condolences
Taunt: Straight Shooter Tutor
Taunt: Unleashed Rage
Added 38 new community-created Unusual effects
18 new effects for Unusual hats
20 new effects for Unusual taunts
All cosmetic and taunt cases will grant Summer 2024 Unusual effects instead of their normal Unusual effects during the Summer event. This does not include crates.
The Summer event runs through September 15th, 2024

i forgot to add the red AND 2 other pink items, my bad here is the wiki for the cosmetics, and should update with more info as time goes on wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Summer_2024_Update#Cosmetic_items what do you guys think of the cosmetics? I'm just glad they aren't Christmas items.

The taunts are phenomenal! Finally taunts that are actually TAUNTS. Not just emotes, you’re actually insulting the enemy!

oh interesting I thought the taunts were not that great. the Kleenex one is ok. the all class one I truly dislike. i don't understand what they're supposed to be doing. and it looks too much like the other all class taunt where the mercs drop to their knees in anguish

this is obviously cool, but DONT BUY THE CRATES AND KEYS. they want nothing more than to see if we're happy and will stop complaining about cheaters and bots. yesterday, I saw at least 10 cheaters and a few bots in matches, which I haven't seen since they first pushed out massive ban waves. they're coming back. if you buy the crates, it will make valve think they don't need to do anything else. we can't let them do that now, after everything that's happened.

The taunts are cute and everything, but remember lads, there are much bigger things TF2 needs more than a handful of new hats and shiny things. F2Ps are still muted, Casual is still awful, and many weapons are still unbalanced. Vote with your wallets for which you would rather have.

Best thing that came out is that medieval mode map its so much more than degroot since it doesnt last like 2 minutes on each round i think its called burghausen
