Ok sound I can answer the mystery of the heavy at 8:25. It's actually rather simple: sometimes the tpose doesnt quite work, resulting in the would-be poser only being tposed while they are moving. This is not evident to the poser, meaning That heavy likely didnt even know he stopped tposing when he stood still

I have a theory why this happens, it happens usually in the middle of the maps right? So I believe it's a positioning error when someone dies wearing a hat. The hat decoy doesn't know where to go so it just goes to the origin. Just a theory tho.

What is essentially happening is RU-vid seems to be trying to allow more people to make non-family friendly content by allowing them to tag it appropriately... but are having a bot decide whether or not it is family friendly. If it thinks you mislabeled the content, it is considered a violation of the new terms of services. While you can probably have someone manually review it if it gets flagged, we all know how RU-vid handles that nowadays...

Your videos got me back into playing TF2! I got home late after work at my second job and I started playing around midnight and now it’s 3am! @@vexedrat1874 To be entirely fair, the Dead Ringer definitely had its heyday back when he made that Spy stereotype video, which he ended with a rant over it and the fact that it was getting severely nerfed. Probably why he's now fine with using it.
I would love an invis watch for spy that had less duration than the base watch, but had completely silent cloaking and decloaking, and maybe decloaked faster
